    I assist my clients in signing the public deed before a notary, reviewing the content of the deed and ensuring that everything is in accordance with what was agreed. In addition, I manage the liquidation of taxes associated with the sale, such as the Property Transfer Tax (ITP) or VAT, as appropriate, and I process the registration of the deed in the Property Registry.

    I offer advice to buyers on the best way to finance the acquisition of their property, evaluating mortgage options and negotiating conditions with banking entities to ensure the best financing conditions. I also provide support in the cancellation of mortgages and lifting of encumbrances for sellers.
